🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Red Flag Clothing Co., every item is made to order — so we don’t mess around with quality. That said, here’s how we handle returns and issues:


✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We will replace or refund your item if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • It’s not what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color)

📩 You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Email redflagclothingcompany@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
No need to return the item.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues (unless the wrong size was sent)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

📏 Sizing Notice

Our products tend to run slightly smaller than standard retail sizing.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

⚠️ We do not offer free exchanges for sizing errors.
Please double-check the size chart before ordering.


💳 Refunds

If approved for a refund (due to damage or incorrect order):

  • The refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — including original shipping — no need to send it back.

For all other approved returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🧼 Return Condition

In rare cases where we request the item back (e.g., print partner requires it), it must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Shipped at your own expense unless we state otherwise
