All products are made to order through our print partners. Colors, sizing, and design placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Check sizing charts carefully before ordering — we print what you pick.

2. Payments & Orders:
Orders are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if something looks off — fraud, system errors, or any other red flag.

3. Returns & Refunds:
Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Intellectual Property:
Every design, logo, and piece of content on this site is owned by Red Flag Clothing Co. Don’t steal it. Don’t copy it. Don’t test us.

5. Use at Your Own Risk:
We don’t guarantee perfection, outcomes, or validation from your ex. We’re not liable for any direct, indirect, or spiritual damages from wearing our stuff.

All terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
